Once your order has been processed, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation which will include a shipping number. Here you can track it through the Australia Post website which can be found at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

You may return most new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the product is received in a damaged condition or is a result of our error, please contact us to arrange return shipping at our expense at alchemyblissnatural@gmail.com. Images of the damage will be required. We will accept returns for change of mind providing the product is returned in original packaging, unused and undamaged (within the 30-day period outlined). Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A full refund or exchange will be made once we receive the item.
