Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

You may return most new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the product is received in a damaged condition or is a result of our error, please contact us to arrange return shipping at our expense at alchemyblissnatural@gmail.com. Images of the damage will be required prior to authorisation for any refund.

We will accept returns for change of mind providing the product is returned in original packaging, unused and undamaged (within the 30-day period outlined). Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A full refund or exchange will be made once we receive the item.
