Delivery Locations

Alchemy Bliss Natural deliver items to any location in Australia.

If your delivery method is made by Australia Post, your order can be delivered to PO Boxes. If an alternative courier service is used, they may not be able to deliver to a PO Box. We recommend entering a valid street address for your delivery location when placing an order.

Processing Your Order

Upon finalising your order, you will receive a confirmation email to your nominated address. Please keep this email as your proof of purchase.

We are happy to follow any specific instructions for your delivery. If you are not present when goods are delivered, Alchemy Bliss Natural assumes no responsibility whatsoever for goods that may be damaged by weather, pets, or that are damaged or stolen by intruders.

Tracking Your Order

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at alchemyblissnatural@gmail.com

Delivery Times

All orders are dispatched within 2 business days. We want you to receive your order asap! Once dispatched, delivery time is subject to Australia Post delivery services. Standard delivery is 5-7 business days and Express delivery is 3-5 business days.

All prices on our website are in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

All transactions are conducted using Square. We also accept PayPal, Afterpay and authorised Alchemy Bliss gift vouchers.
